I am really looking forward to its release, because I'll finall get to play as a girl! By the way do u think the name that they've given the girl is original (Kris)?

I found out the name of the girl from a Nintendo Power Source e-mail. It's a shame that the English version of the game won't have the mobile phone thing where you can trade Pokémon with other people using your mobile. I don't think the English version has it because the mobile costs here and in America are to expensive.

There's also lots of different mobile networks, and I think that may have something to do with it.

You won't be able to catch Celebi either since you had to download the GS ball.

I don't think I will get it, because I have only pocket money to rely on, and I want to get these:

-Poké Stadium 2
-Bomberman Tournament (GBA) (2D Bomberman multiplayer with one cart!)
-Sonic Advance (Not sure when it comes out though)
-One of the new GBC Zelda games.

Oh and get Sonic Adventure 2 if you can, it rocks.

And besides, to ensure that the data doesn't get b0rked if you get disconnected during a trade, nintendo would have to employ some sort of memory security beyond the abilties of the GBC or even the GBA, perhaps you would download each others Pokémon then add them to the save file? Do they use any sort of security in Japan?

I haven't heard of any such security, but I could be wrong, and it'd be a good idea.

Of course.

Gamecube will have online capabilites, and GF would be stupid not to use them for battling at least.

There are two niggling Qs in my head though:

1) Was Pokémon Game Freak's first game?
2) Are Game Freak a Ninty second party?
