I shan't bother posting in here I'm afraid :{ I'm in poetry clubs elsewhere whose membership doesn't consist entirely of lazy teenage gamers... anything posted here in the past tended to get either ignored, abused, or used as a springboard to the posting of rather poor-quality dirty limericks.

I'm a lazy teenage gamer myself, mind, but there's this other side to me that I only feel comfortable showing in the privacy of a club for like-minded people. :)

I've lurked here without posting (except Why I H8 People Who Say M8, which was amazing) and haven't really noticed any muppetry in excess of what other forums get - correct me if I'm wrong, though.

Yeah... mostly you're right. I suppose the operative word in my previous post was "privacy". When I post on Wireplay, I raise mental shields that aren't there when I write poetry, so I only feel comfortable showing the poetry to people I know will enjoy it..

I have to say, back at the old Wireplay forums this particular board never really had much of a problem with lower pe0ns, altho BY did suffer a bit with idiots posting.

Nah, he's mainly on here trying to scrounge ideas off people for his production company. :P

But, if this forum is going to be anything like the original Wireplay forum, it's a great place to spread your poems, stories and ideas.

I only really started using this particular forum about 3 months before the original WP went bye-bye... didn't post much, mainly lurked - I did post one good short story and a few terrible poems :D

I reckon the old board was so well kept and lovely, due to that smashing moderator you had.

Wonder whatever happened to him, I hear his creativity died, and he lost his will to exist when he lost his forum and that any future incarnations and attempts only enhanced his melancholy.
