FPS tweaks?

Well Im having problems with my fps, getting about 7-40 most of the time and 50 if looking at a wall. Now my PC aint bad, and when I used to play TFC I got 70-99 fps.

So are there any settings to tone down the graphics and improve my fps?

The usual stuff.
Make sure fog is off (cl_fog 0)
cl_allowdownload 0
cl_allowupload 0
cl_download in game 0 (a command similar to that)

take netgraph off, or use netgraph 3

try OpenGL and update ya drivers

I'm having similar problems to RS, I can get a steady 70-100 fps in tfc ingame but on maps such as dod_ramelle I'm lucky to go over 30 fps...

I've got a GeForce 2 GTS 64MB DDR gfx card running on an 800 MHz Duron, I used to get 30 fps with my voodoo 3000 on a K6-II 400MHz :o

I am the same, have not found any commands that make a noticeable improvement yet :(
