Need help with DoD crashing

Hi

i recently downloaded DoD
think its great game but im having major problems with it crashing

it randomly just totaly locks up my PC and i have to restart
other halflife mods work fine its just DoD that does this

iv tried:

playing with virtual memory
updating windows
updating gfx drivers
updating sound drivers
turning off voice coms

and iv fiddled with variouse other things i cant remember

my system is

700mhz athalon
256 133mhz RAM
32MB geforce 2 GTS

running on windows 2000 professional


any ideas on how to fix it would be greatly aprechiated :)

try reinstalling dod and hl and make sure you dont run other programs when playing dod (and dont use ogc cheats :D)
