ok, as part of a web project for #tpngc i decided to have a bot that would connect to my web server and edit/upload text files that would be used as includes in the html.

this is the scripting part:

what they are sending is the information their mp3 scripts display to the channel. i would need a script that msg's the bot with the data to give to people.

how feasible is this, as i want to include an authing system. would i be better off hacking a stats bot? and does anyone want to lend their expertise to this project?

Sounds pretty possible, although it'd take a fair bit of work.
You'd need to use sockets and all that malarky y'see...
if you give some more specific details, we can have a go :D

kalleth helped me get my auth system working :) i just need to get teh commands l33t and ill gove you the code Easi :)
