you hear about the jump a guy did with few years back... there were 2 ropes red and blue... one rope for short jump, other for long jump......

attendant used the long rope for the short drop!!!!! owch!!!!

MORAL: if you must bungee, then always bungee the greatest possible drop, then there wont be any fatal mistakes!!!

there is a big investigation going on here in swansea at the moment because a guy was doing a bungee jump for charity. He was a big chap of about 18st. He jumped went down...... bungee cord stretched.... he bounced back up..... went back down and the cord snapped - apparently. theres an inquest into his death now.

Paintball is good fun, not really xtreem though, but mind you ive seen some painful stuff....

last year a marshall got shot in the head, back of his neck.... he was semi-consious for ages......nasty

and a mate of mine, shot some poor bloke in the back 5 times at point blank range. never gave him a chance to move. the guy had bruses like eggs growing out of his back!!!!

good fun, but nasty at times

/me *shudders* at the prospect. Was watching the European X-Games the other day and whilst BMX-ing skating and agressive in-line isnt technically extreme I htink it is damn impressive half the time.

Have you seen that Sky surfing sport? People jump out of planes with a snowboard attached to their feet and perform all manner of tricks whilst plumetting towards the ground at terminal velocity. That pretty good on a Sunday afternoon i reckon.

What other extremem sports are there...?
