Heres some information regarding WPCGR (Wireplay Community Gaming Radio)

We currently have our website being developed by the nice people over at the Wireplay Community Website peeps :) (Cheers breath and Co) Ohh and for sab for doing the template :D:D

Jock is currently making us an amazing bot to spam us of your web requests for tunes ;) Cheers go out to him

Things are starting to look good for WPCGR, which was on the brink of death a month or so back.

In addition to that, it's #wpcgr in irc where you can do requests and call DJ's names for putting on Alice Deejay :)

I have in my posession the first version of the bot and the web request system (big big thanks to Jock)... i'll be testing the bot later on tonite and also putting up the web request on a test server to see how that goes.. everyone is invited to test them out :D

Right the bot is up and running... here's how it works...

On irc

Make sure your in #wpcgr for starters :P
To request a song type !request <song name>
You will get a pm from the bot (cunningly named Breathbot atm :E) to say your request has been sent.


On the website

The web request system is currently located at http://www.xg20.co.uk/wpcgr/ fill in your name, the name of the song and a short message.
The website will then tell you if your request has been sucessfull or if there is no dj or if u botched up the form :D

If you want to know the current dj in #wpcgr type !currentdj

All messages go directly to the dj so don't spam them please :cheese:

my media player gives me "unrecognized class"
downloaded winamp and that cant connect....
any ideas?

which version of winamp? how are you trying to connect?
