One of my really old 56k modems came with the program, and one of my old pcs had the prog on it, called like modem dialer or somin

ahh, i read thread wrong have i? Was thinking you were after one that makes the call on the net over ip, rather than just via your modem directly :) If so, Windows basically got one builting hasn't it ? Phone dialer

i once used a webiste called net2phone (www.net2phone.com) and u just loaded up the page, entered the number and spoke over your mike. Could be used with Dialup or broadband. However, you now have to pay to use this service, which is a bummer :(
