How much would I be looking at for a 2nd hand Corsa?

I want a 1.2 ltr. M/N reg and have a £1200 budget.

Most useful answer wins a blow up version of me :D

For a 1.2 Corsa in m/n you'll be looking at around a grand dependant on condition and mileage.

Like Mozza said autotrader is the way to go as you can specify features, price, mileage, year, etc. Saves messing about.

You can pick up a tidy corsa for about that price, sometimes less.
My friend got her L reg 75K on the clock in good condition for £1100.

P.S if u get a Corsa and want some Alloys gimme a bell :)

Check the parkers guide price section of autotrader as well, £1200 should get you a 3 door with around 80k on it, which is an okay mileage on this car, if you want any points to look at just ask as I am an Mot tester

You will of course need two corsa's, that'll be one for each foot:P

Out of interest are small engined Corsa's very expensive to insure for 17 year olds in comparison to their size and value?

WHY a CORSA, why not pay the extra and get a nova

Corsas are pretty good first cars, easy to drive, cheap to insure, easy to fix :P

I think you should get something in that price range. I got my focus for just a bit more than that so yer y not!

The new ones are a whole lot better then the horrible metro stylee rubbish that rover was still churning out.

The 1400 K series are prone to blowing head gaskets though, I prefer the honda engines in any Rover as they are better and don't leak oil everywhere. Most anything designed and made over the last 7 years are so much better technically, and in build quality, far less prone to rust.

It's the 1.4 16v I'm interested in :{

Can get a decent 5-6 year old for ~£3k which seems pretty good in comparison to its rivals.

Also the insurance is only group 7, which helps when you're only 20 :/
