Pepe Deluxe are good too :E
Craig Armstrong - Rise, This Love, BOF Guns 1748 all highlights
Aim - Sail, Cold Water Music, Journey to the End of the Night are some of their best tunes.
Sail has to be the coolest most relaxing chill-out song ever. Well, that and 'Kosheen - Gone' :)
AphexTwin

silence's list is better :)
i have banged the drum for AIR since aslong as i can remember, in this field there is no greater imo.
AIM are also superb. I got the new LemonJelly album a couple of months ago, and it is fantastic :) (#all the ducks are sitting in the water#)
Zero7 are cracking, but it would be nice to get some new stuff ..
the rest are also great, but these three are my faves. Go and by their cd's you tight fisted gets, otherwise pr1cks like Justin Timerlake will be getting rich, and AIR et al will have nowt due to monged out students and kazaa :P

....i knew i forgot to say something...
HOW COULD ANYONE FORGET "THE ORB" ?????
these guys were pretty much the pioneers , dude.
went to see them at the sheffield crucible (years ago) on their Ren and Stimpy "happy happy, joy joy" tour. Took far too many mushrooms, but it was still amazing :)
Check out "little fluffy clouds" , probably their masterpiece.
Portishead > all.
Sneaker Pimps are good too.
Tribute to monk and canatella by Portishead is well worth a listen, 11mins long though :)

The Orb is a bit toooooo retro for my liking ;)
Sneaker Pimps are good too - I like 6 Underground amongst others :)
There are so many chillout artists really. There was a big boom around 2000 for ibiza chillout stuff and it kinda all took off.
But there is also different kinds of chillout. I've got Space Raiders - Beautiful Crazy on my chillout list just cos I think it's a mellow song.

I quite like Diamente (is that it!?) and Your Girl by Blue States.
Primal Scream - Come Together is an uber tune. ANYTHING by Faithless is good. I love all of their music. Got all the albums + bonus cds. I'm going to see them live this year sometime, or at least I plan to :)
