I've pre-ordered Champ Manager 4 and Command and Conquer Generals from them.

Not really interested in any of those to be honest, cheap though :)

£17.99 for Mafia, thats a bargain!

Anyone who's played this game would agree, possibly the best game of last year.

You can pre-order Doom III from Play (current release date 30/6/03 I think) :D

I had to put some serious willpower to use when I was on there last night. I ordered 5 DVD's and 2 games and that was from a list more than twice the length originally. Ooo it would be so easy just to place my orders now for SW Galaxies, Doom III, IGI2, CM4, Splinter Cell, C&C Generals, Deus Ex 2, Black and White 2, SW Knights of the Republic and so on, and then just sit back and wait for them to arrive.

BTW, if you have't tried it, give the demo of Uplink (http://www.introversion.co.uk/uplink/demo_win32.html) (3.3MB) a whirl. You'll either love it or hate it. It has no plot, 2D graphics, will run on a 386 (probably), and amazingly addictive gameplay. And you can buy the full game for a mere £15 at Play ;)

I think it made it to about number 7 of the top games for 2002 in the PCG readers poll.



/me disappears into the distance fighting off the urge to spend an absolute fortune at Play...

haha, while your spending 5-7 days for it to arrive after the release date, most of us will be playing away ;)

originally scheduled to release next month, but Tomb Raider now slips to April, with Champ Manager 4 available slightly sooner, hopefully by the end of March. Eidos delivered the expected line of allowing extra time for fine-tuning and improvements

Briggerz, Play have actually been quite good in the past. I got GTA Vice City the Saturday after it came out on a Thursday.

Saves a good £10 by buying it through them, so I know which I'd rather do :P

It takes like an extra day or two to arrive, but I cant find their stuff cheaper on high street, and you dont pay deliery.

It's a bit ace.
