K i dont have long but those weps of manaflow are fu<kin retarded. Just got killed with 1 hit from them, and pretty soon everyone is gonna have one, already like 8 people have em. They are fu<kin retarded and to put them in was some obvious lack of foresight on the part of staff.

My manaflow/shining light heavy xbow cost me 500k+, in time, effort and of course gold.
They are far rarer that you think, only three weapons of manaflow exist in the whole shard.
The reason they hurt so much, like my bow, is because you have negative karma. Lower your karma, afaik, the greater damage it does - This is the case for my xbow, and jojo's spear. As for george's bard, that is just pure manaflow.
How much damage does a full mana's worth do?
two flamestrikes do about 80 dmg total, with 20 mana left over.
Manaflow weapons burn all mana for their damage.
No weapons are instakill, allthough they are near. My heavy xbow has never done any more damage than 90hp, as far as I have seen.
If they were instakill, I would be complaining too.
Georges bard killed me one hit from 100 today, thats why i bring this up. And about the 2 fs do 80 dmg, between fs u can heal and have options. 1 hit kill weps ruin PvP. Even weps that only have the ability for one hit kill but usually only do say 80 or 90 are retarded.
You are ruining the PvP on the shard.

I think youll find that many peiople were flamestrking you at the same time George was Killing you you with his bard. My weapon has no ability to instakill, I made certain of that myself. You are lucky I didn't put it in a regular bow, or it would be twice as fast.

Clown wtf are you on about i hit you with a fs the same time george attacked you so it wasnt a instakill at all and as for the weapons tell me how often they are used ermmmmm hardly ever except in tourneys maybe and even then jojo got his ass kicked by ice wizard in the 1v1 pvp[no offence jojo] and as beast said only 3 of them are on shard. youre just upset cause u havent got one and u got owned so stfu complaining and get on with yer life :p

(fyi manaflow takes all ur mana, and converts it into 50% of damage. so if beast has 100 mana, the manaflow gem means it does 50 extra damage. now, this is a bit silly, but remember it also costs u a full mana dump. u have to med between each hit, to get that full amount.
when i first saw the xbow, i said "lol thats such a GZ huggers weapon"
flamestrike costs u about 1:1 in terms of mana used:damage dealt.
mana flow is 2:1, so i dont think its practical in a tournie
flamestrike scrolls are 1:2
although the weapon peaks at about 90 dmg, thats a full mana charge, -10k karma. it ranges a lot, doing much less than that sometimes
simple answer: hunt some mobs, u will get ur karma up so u dont get whooped so hard, and u may also find some gems of your own)
finally, we need another 1v1 tournie, no rides no mana pots :)
also, i love the way different people see the same thing happen, but report it totally different.
like i killed oblivz last night, took 2 flamestrikes but he claimed he was only on 5 hp when i attacked... :E
if u keep saying things like that then eventually people notice, and stop believing your little stories.

Spooky actualy yeh i might not have been as low 5hp which i cant remember saying but i was bellow 30hp as i was in mid fight with I think it was *Man* hence the reason it took one flame strike to kill me....

Lame anyways his time on uo must suck the way he plays now.
*george sees people, waits in GZ for 10 minutes. runs out hits someone once, is only 5 tiles out of town but runs back in to hide again for 10 mins, rince repeat*
oblivz, i FS'd u twice, im not mistaken about this.
maybe u are thinking one of them came from someone else..
anyway when i targetted you, it shows the little HP bar underneath you, based on that i'd say you were on 50-60 hp, cos after the first one took off most ur hp, u had a little bit left.
maybe u had 5 hp *after* my first flamestrike...
and about being in mid fight, i ported into the bridge, saw a red, targetted them, and flamestriked till they died. i never saw a "man", but then i wasnt looking
doesnt really matter in the long run at all i suppose, i just dont like it when people see things happen and then tell it differently
also, u lot noticed there is a lot more pvp going on with the mining/lumbering broken? i think its good, not long term good tho
its like the people that normally mine all the time are actually using their main characters now, and pvp is great atm, there was like 20+ ppl at brit bridge all night yesterday (i still didnt manage to get glenn's fame yet tho :))

Beast ive been killed from full health with 1 hit twice by georges bard and its not like a normall hit where u can miss, he cant miss wit it, ill be running full tilt and bam it hits me
Last time i checked thats insta kill...
But soon enough george will loose it and u know where that bad boys goin? right in my bank where itll never be seen again...
The only time i died at the event today was to these mothers.

Naw they wont get rarer, they will get more and more common. Weapons that powerful should at least have charges so that when its empty it can never be used again. Maybe give it 10 hits or so. The fact that people who have em can use em over and over and they never run out is gay. You know nobody actually PvPs with them, they just stand at bridge like george and every so often run out and do one hit and run back into GZ. You'll see when more people get em all PvP is gonna come down to blues standing in GZ then all of a suddeon running out for one hit and running back. All PvP will suck ass then.

The reason peopel do this with mana flow is that once you have hit some one your screwed, you have 0 mana and your weapon that cost weeks of time and effort is as good as a normal one.
My spear which is GM crafted, Light and Manaflow does max max damage of 100, which rarely ever happens. Peopel forget you are at a huge disadvantage with no mana after you hit some one. The Bradiche is alot more powerfull than the Spear which needs addressing maybe cuasing the insta kill effect.

spears are a lot less powerful now tho
his weap does base damage + light bonus + manaflow bonus
cos the base damage is lowered on all spears, it wont do 104 dmg any more

That wasnt my Manaflow spear, that was my Elemental slaying spear which was bugged and did near 3 times damage to anything, not just elementals :E

Because I enjoy owning peeps like u. Im saying its fu.cked because
1) Theres no admin that actually has time to do anything
2) its run off a server that nobody can access for a long time when it goes down.
3) New additions like manaflow weps are destroying PvP combat.
