The client doesn't seem to be letting you login properly so I'm guessing LogonD is down.

Also, when's the next community meeting seeing as the last one didn't go ahead? :)

It also appears the certain forums essential to the WP client have been removed and the posts havn't been carried over to the archive..

so what your saying is that no one can use the client so no one can use the servers ?

from what i can see the client is buggerd but it dose not seemed to have affected the players ?

around 5-6 ppl have said something all week in irc so i cant see it being that much of a problem ?

you don't need the client to join the servers - but for those that actually use it for joining servers (not me) bit of an arse it being down.

Not at all my little friend, the servers are still there and accesible (I think), but are now much harder to find due to the client being down, and the fact that they deleted the master server - for reasons unknown.

The whole idea to have such things as the client and master server is to make it as easy as possible for people to be able to access the servers, with them down it's harder. If you say that it's been down for several days then that's certainly a problem.

The client's back up now (hooraay!), but it's not really working correctly. There's several forums missing (as previously stated in this thread), there's a lot of servers not showing up, the alphabetical list doesn't work, there's no IRC bot in the chat rooms, the 'tree' needs to be updated, aaaand the server list page on the website doesn't work.

Client isn't really supported anymore while we look at upgrading. Suggest you use ASE, gamespy or suchlike for now to browse for games
