Question about proper WP server.

When (if) we finally do get a proper official Wireplay server to play Freelancer on, will we be able to get all our player accounts and characters transferred over from Jabbah's/Steam's/FiRe's server?

I really cba starting all over again and I'm sure many other players who have put loads of hours into it will feel the same.
