Anyone tried this yet? Quote 'Its the next step in the evolution of AQ2'..

..and I have to say it looks bloody good, new textures, sounds etc.. too many new features to list. You can either go for the 60meg full install or patch AQ2".

Bonus is you dont need Q2 to use the full version (60meg d/l)

CGF [Computer Generated Forces] is really nice for single player "mission" type action against bots.

Also there has been improvements with Actionquake Single Player and the old dll updated this year as well, interesting co-op option so you can have a few players vs the q2 monsters.

ahh gee thanx :p

well 1.7 is just going up for mindvision to give us a key to make the proper install, so that 'full install' for 1.2b is down for the moment while we get everything sorted.

AQ2 forever.

btw, is there any chance of getting a ltktbm server hosted at wireplay - or rather whats the best way to get some decent servers for ltktbm up? its just id love to see some true multiplayer sword action, and pure client enabled, along with all the other little tidbits thats been added.
