I'm banned from the kots2000 server?

When I try to connect I get "connection refused.". I don't know why I would be banned since I hardly ever play on Wireplay since I live in Florida. I wanted to go watch a friend of mine play, and I couldn't connect. My IP address is 66.177.*.* (static;not dynamic), and I'm using q2ace 1.21. Any idea what's going on, admins?

posting your player name would be a help and also your lvl

My char names are jel and dose, levels 11 and 9. I've never played on wireplay with dose, and I haven't played there on jel in at least a month since I get much better pings to US servers.

your not baned and you char's havent hit the lvl cap
so i have no idea try and post a condump of exactly whats going on

Just a whole lot of that. The only thing I can think of is maybe someone on my ISP got banned? Lots of people have ATTBI, and a lot of the people I know with it have IPs that are very similar to mine (most all of them start with 66.177).

there are currently no bans even close to that ip
are u on adsl or cable if not try a diff isp ?

I'm on cable. I have no clue what's going on :(. I just tried connecting again, still get connection refused... argh.
