creating a character

i'm trying to join this shard, but whenever i go to make a character, i put in the skills and there sno arrows or anything to proceed with creating the character? someone pls tell me what to do?

weird, normally you should pick the Advanced tab and continue to experience no bugs, but no arrows... sorry.. dunno :o

Are you sure you used the advanced tab?
normally tabs are lower left and right I think ?
