For today's 'feat of magic' we are going to create a plasma ball of energy between our hands.
You may sit or stand for this activity.
Your hands should be clean and dry, i.e. best not to have knocked one off before you attempt this.
If your hands are cold, try to bring them to normal body temperature before you begin as this is difficult to do when hands below typical body temperature. A suggestion would be to place both hands up the top of a participating female.

Ok let's begin.
Place your elbows close to your body.
With your hands perfectly straight, place the palms of your hands facing each other, between one and two inches apart, but not touching.
Rotate your hands slowly, in small circles as though you're doing a terribly camp impression of the locamotive.
Your dominant hand may move faster or make larger circles, don't worry about this.
After some moments, you should feel an electromagnetic 'pull' between your hands. This is the human energy field - the auric field.
Rotate your hands faster, as you feel the energies build up. The subatomic particles of your body are vibrating energy. Matter and energy are one and the same. Because all energy originates from the same source of consciousness, energy is conscious.
The length of time should be approx. one minute.

When you stop moving your hands, hold them in a cupped position.
You should feel the plasma ball.
You may use it any way you wish - to place on the body to heal - to bring energy to yourself - placed in one of your chakras - to heal another person.
Many people are intuitively guided to heal with the palms of the hands, the most common method being Reiki, in which the palms are attuned with symbols.
It implies that we are all natural healers. All is energy and energy is all there is.
In purely physical terms we live and move and have our being in an eternal, infinite, interlocking system of energies and forces that compose our universe. Some of these energies appear to our five senses to be solid and have form, even though when we examine them closely they seem to disappear Into nothing but space and energy.
The intensity of the energy created between the hands varies from person to person.
