This is the "Test Postings and General Chat" forum after all.
If you put them in another forum that just means another forum full of spam.

Just apply the same rules as any other spam, e.g. wallys posting test1, test2, etc. get electrocuted :plasma:

Or, more sensibly, the forum mod just announces in the forum rules that all test posts will be deleted whenever he feels like it and only genuine conversations left in tact :deal:
Then delete anything that is obvious test.

Or.....
