Care Worker

I have a mate (yep I do!:P) and his misses is a full time care worker at a hospice. I wil spare you the details but for me if this was played as a sport, it would be very 'extreme' indeed! :E

With such events as the bedpan collection a.k.a the stool run! This could become somewhat of an extreme sport IMO.
