TNG 1.60 and Enterprise

Help!

I play the TNG mod on your wireplay server (62.105.80.16), yesterday you kicked us off to u/grade to 1.60 - cool i thought. Unfortuntely on my return the game will not let me buy a new ship, buy parts, leave the space station, etc. every time i do anything the machine crashes in a hiddeous way. Now i know its not my copy of the game/mod/mod installer as i have uninstalled and reinstalled the lot, also if i create a new character and start afresh - things are fine, couldnt be sweeter.

The only difference is the ship, now i checked what had changed in the update from 1.59 > 1.60 and it seems the Enterprise's engines have been reduced from 2 to 1 - this seems to be the problem, the game cannot handle the change.

Please Please PLEASE! Give me some credits so i can have at least a head start if i have to begin from scratch.

Ive seen the char, you will have to meet up with me at some point and ill sort you some creds

delete your old char infact and reclaim your name

Just had a thought about this one, but it would prolly cause more hassle than its worth.

Would have to kick everyone off the server again, drop it back down to 1.59, let those who have the enterprise change ship, then re-mod to 1.60.

Just a thought anyway..

The Enterprise problem is easy, just kill your self, or get somone to do it :rolleyes: After respawning you can buy another ship.

I did this on another server, was stuck in a tradelane. Had to use torps to get the job done. :D

Another player managed to strafe to a planet, and then docked.

Unfortunately as he said he is docked so it cant work that way this time :/

...well i have done the only thing i can, delete the character and start again, i spent all saturday trading copper and ive managed to rack up about 2mil creds and the profeter ship... still looking for some creds though! :)
