New downloads page.

Thanks to Jock fixing my rather dodgy php scripts we have a new downloads section.

The new page is a live snapshot of the ftp and can be updated with a simple press of the refresh button on your browser.

If there are any problems, blank pages when you know there are ment to be files or wierd errors with the page, please drop me an email (breath@wireplay.co.uk)

I passed this onto Jock, but still:

The parent directory link is pointing towards the incorrect page.

File descriptions need to be loaded out of the 'README' files in each directory and put along side the filesnames.
