Are you talking about a forum for your clan? If it's a forum for a specific game you can ask here (http://forums.wireplay.co.uk/forumdisplay.php3?s=&forumid=366), if it's for your clan it's best to make one yourself. Take out hosting with 34sp (http://www.34sp.com) and then get phpBB (http://www.phpbb.com/), a free forum.
