Standing in front of you, I am looking down,
all I see is grassy green and sandy brown.
Why did you go and where are you now?
I look at your stone and i take a bow.
As a kid I came to see you every sunday afternoon,
I never forget you alowed me to eat mayonese with a spoon.
We walked through the parc and fed bread to the ducks in the water,
I listened when you told me I was your favorite granddaughter.
Feeling guilty, standing here in the mud and the rain,
Not seen eachother enough and I am the one to blame.
You know how they say 'better late then never'?
Thats why I tell you now that i will not forget you ever...
