Been an awesome show! the best yet without a doubt...
not only did we get such great listening figures but the chat room was just alive! the vibe was fantastic! The "andypandy" episode was just damned hilarious, the greatest channel invasion in the history of quakenet no doubt, then the mad "bounce" episode..... got to do that again LOL! Azreal`s Karaoke on Teamspeak, comedy slogans and general mayhem...

tbh now, the record is no longer meaningful - the aim is 20-30 listener peaks every night with the listening figures in double figures all the way from 6pm to midnight and beyond...
thats the next target and that is one that takes more than just one superstar DJ - its a target that will take team effort...
Were making huge strides inthe right direction though...

The most meaningful part of tonight was several listeners PM'ing me to say that they had their first taste of Wireplay Radio tonight and that they would now be a permanent listener. Thats what its all about to me, what better feedback?

True we had 32 listeners tonight (52 in the IRC channel), that being a milestone in itself. But it means nothing if they don't come back. And I agree with Blito's realistic objectives.

To achieve this, we're going to need solid scheduling which I know the team are working on at the moment. That way our listeners can identify our patterns and listen accordingly.

....and it's so much fun :D

Always willing to help out where needed.

Tib is right in one thing - the schedule needs working on...
atm we`re reaching the climax of a recruiting drive which should see another 3 or 4 dedicated DJ`s joining the team.. give em a couple of weeks to settle in and comfortable with what we`re doing and THEN you can work out a permanant schedule.
Atm this is a transitional phase and although we appear to making huge strides there is a lot of work still to do, and Matt and I both have a lot of stuff to get sorted out.

Everyone is doing a great job atm.. we need to keep this momentum up!

Everything is getting so much better! Its great to see that we are peaking but we need keep listeners to, That means no more team speak singing godson :P
