A good community is one which is a plesant place in which to play and spend your free time. Nobody likes or even wants to be in a community where there is bad atmosphere or abuse flying around. Because of this, there are a number of rules which apply to this forum and to the NWN community here as a whole:
The following are Wireplay forum rules and will be followed in this forum:
CODE OF CONDUCT
These forums are here to provide everyone with a place to meet and discuss points of view. Please use them responsibly and respect your fellow forum users. If you have a problem with particular individuals this is not the place to make it known.
Personal attacks of any nature, especially remarks about a user’s religion, race, sex, background, disability or sexual orientation, are not acceptable. If you are nasty and unpleasant then you are not welcome here.
Swearing is not encouraged, and may be edited by the Moderators as they see fit. Try to keep the language used here suitable for all readers. Do not attempt to bypass the swear filter.
Links to rival GSPs/Communities/Forums are permitted in context, but not just for advertising. If it is deemed to be a conflict of interest with Wireplay then we will ask that no further links are posted.
Failure to comply with that request and/or continued attempts to advertise these sorts of links may result in a ban.
Where images are permitted please use your common sense and avoid any vulgar, pornographic, or otherwise offensive images.
Copyrighted music, film or other similar material is not permitted to be posted on the forums. Neither are links to such files or links / details of methods of obtaining such material via online or offline means.
Forum moderators are volunteers who give up their free time and do not deserve to be flamed or abused. If you have an issue with a member of forums staff please speak to Custodian or Breath.
Any attempts to circumvent a forum ban may result in action taken with your ISP and/or Pipex.
Good practice tips
Spamming is generally considered to be annoying, and likely to be deleted, so don't do it.
If you need help ask for it, but search the forums first in case your query has been asked before.
Try and post in the right forum for the subject.
There is a limit on signature sizes in order to make more room for actual content on the page! Please keep your signature short, sweet and perhaps interesting...

Please do not report large exploitative loopholes in these forums as this can lead to exploitation of them before they are fixed. Instead, send an e-mail to: kev_balmer@hotmail.com
Please do not use these forums to complain about specific players by name or to bash DMs. Again, please e-mail kev_balmer@hotmail.com
Please make any criticism constructive. If you think something is poor, please suggest constructive ways to improve it. If you can't do this, don't bother posting.
Please READ ALL POSTS IN A THREAD carefully before contributing to the discussion. Posts can easily be taken out of context if the whole topic has not been read up on first. This saves you and others a lot of time.
