Peculiar journal entry

hi, I've just joined the server today for the first time and whilst completeing some of the low-level quests in Bree I got the following journal entry:

The Great Grubb
Day 07, month 06, 1372 [21:01]
ERROR, blank journal entry: p078

I *think* it appeared when I entered the small cave in Bree (just exploring, not as part of a quest).

Well, although there appears to be no interest in this, I just thought I'd post to say that once I'd located Grubb, accepted and completed the quest the entry disappeared and a correct entry was made in the 'completed' quests section.

Yeah there's a couple of quests floating around that seem to do this if you find the quest item before you accept the quest. Can't remmeber where the others are offhand, but it does happen.
