The Dunharrow Quest

The quest from the White Hand Marshall to attack Dunharrow has one slight problem. This is that the Men of Rohan did not spawn in Dunharrow for a good hour last night and so we could not fight them. In the end we gave up waiting as they didn't spawn in at all.

The same problem seems to be with the ents, we searched the area yesterday 6 times and it was always empty and at one oocasion waited there for quite some time.
