Mordor Courier quest

When received the journal entry instantly says that Sauruman has received the letter, return to mordor - should it not read something else till you have in fact handed it over?

Also Snaga does not recognise the fact he's already given you the quest if you speak to him again before completing the quest and tries from the start to again give you the mission.

As an aside, it seems that the Rangers of North Ithlien dont always appear, either I was some how missing the trigger point both times, or someone had previously killed them both times, or perhaps they'd been spawned in by someone else and since vanished due to no players in area and they're on a one per server spawn.

Having tested the rangers the hard way :), seems as if it was just fluke and i'd been travelling through when someone previously had entered.

We get a lot of comments about encounter spawns, but im positive they all work. Usually a case of someone cleaning them out before.

Luring can be a problem. If an npc is lead out the area and is still alive, the encounter cant respawn till all npc in that encounter are dead. The area despawner takes 5-8 mins to work after the last player character has left the area.
