I am all in favour of item diversity.

However, with at this stage so few high level items out there I feel that one of the quest reward options is very similar to something players would have already just received. I'll explain...

Based upon evil player (class fighter in case reward is class sensitive)

Book of dreams quest requires at some point for the King to die to progress. One of the items he always carries is full plate +4. After massive effort of journeying far and wide and battling fearsome beasts the much harder Mordor equipment quest as reward offers a choice of 2 items. One of which is black numeorean plate (full plate 4, char 2). The other being studded armour.

Considering how few high level heavy armours are out there, this seems remarkable similar and almost a bit of an anticlimax to the quest. Any chance that that option of the reward could be altered (not more powerful) just more different than something gotten much earlier / easier - or just add a few more choices?

I realise this mod isnt focused about material objects - ie powergamers. So ignore if completely silly suggestion

The way I see it is that not everyone will play the evil quests by the same route. They may do half the isengard quests, then head off to Mordor.

They may have been in a party that did the quest before, but didnt take the armour. Even if the item is worthless to you, there maybe someone in your party who wants it, or you could profit well from its sale.

Ah to get the Mordor quests you dont have to have completed the Isengard quests? If that's so then you can completely disregard my post, i thought the quests from isengard to mordor were linear and had to be completed before so in essence resulting in players having the items from those missions

I thought of doing that during early development, but felt this would restrict characters too much.
