after the time when we asked kev for someplace to discuss in a private area in Tharbad and the only place he could find was the Arena ive been thinking about this...

and now ive made it :)

Its a big conference room with a bar, a little living room, and a table like this |_| with chairs all around and even a bathroom.

Its gonna be accessible by a stair up wich gonna be likely in Grayflood inn.

theres a lot of details and its gonna be much better than speaking about secret of states in middle of the commoner crowd in the inn. plus DM quest happens often right after the arena contest, this area gonna be the perfect place to roleplay, the way its done it could be used to be a tribunal aswell

the bar inside the conference room could use a barman since i dont have all the brew you made. Would be easy to copy Semli from the arena and give him a different name, cloth and text.

Kev before to decide anything about this I would like you to see it for yourself

i think having a barman in a romm used for secret or private meetings could well compromise privacy

The barman could be deaf (you make a sign on the menu to make a choice ;) )

Its really good work. The problem I have is that it is too big!

I would like this room to fit into the existing Greyflood Inn area. So I will recreate the general idea of what you have done, but in a more condensed area.

Its all about economical use of the game system. There is a point you will eventually come to when the game engine cant process with so many areas.

We can fit in loads more areas, but i'd rather keep additional areas to those which I know will be used often.

The rooms in the pony are of no use. I will scrap them and you will have almost a 2x5 room. Thats large enough. Comparing sizes, your room was almost the same size as one of our caves :P Thats too big.

I see, I see I just hope it dont endup looking like the City hall of tharbad with only one big table, if you can, try making it usable for a tribunal (or export me the city hall area and ill make one following the place you give me(1x1, 1x2, 2x2....) I got loads of idea wich can make great Roleplay situation

Believe me, for a city interior, 2x5 is BIG :) Tharbad city hall is 2x3

Its very easy to blow it out of proportion. Things in the toolset always look smaller than they really are :)

For my intended size, I can fit your table and other bits and pieces in :)

All I can say at present is; Very unlikely.

Reason; id rather have more server resources spent on activites everyone can enjoy.

However, theres always that chance it could be picked up in the future, but on a very restricted basis.

what about the bathroom? the grayflood inn could use it for sure
(thanks god we aren't playing The Sims cause after all that time without a bathroom i dont want to know what happens(BOOM!))

Instead of houses, what about renting permanent chests or some such? One room full of chests could accomodate an awful lot of players. I realise not having them forces people to sell crap thereby clean up server litter that produces lag.

Yeah, lets begin making bathrooms so people can go pee when they need to, actually lets make a script so that a character gotta pee ones every 2nd hour and the big one, ones a day! Oh and I really want to see some toothbrushs in the game aswell cuz as it is now my character doesn't have one and I really dont think its good for his teeth!
