As i have - at least for my means - spent a lot of time on this server i think it is a good idea to inform you that i am going to have a little gaming-break of some weeks or so.

There's nothing wrong with the server, it's just my best friend the sun that has finally come back from her winter holidays, the tons and tons of snow that covered this city for months have disappeared and i own a brand-new bike...

Have a nice time and see you soon!

:D We are very similiar Dsan. I also I'm taking a little break from PCs because of Mr. Sunshine. I don't think I've connected to MERP in a few days now. The snow hasn't *completely* melted here in Prague, but at least it doesn't get dark here at 5 pm anymore!

and the clocks will switch to summertime on sunday morning!!! that's just so great! see you!

Seems there was an incent here where the sun was carjacked on the way to work, mugged as he walked to a phone to call the police, and brutalised by the police when they showed up at the bankrupt school he was picking his kids up at, thinking he was a homeless vagrant. Until restitutions are made he has gone on strike, so I will be online as usual. I love Detroit dont you?

We now return you to your regularly scheduled program...

I love Detroit. I'm from Windsor, so I used to go there all the time.

From Windsor moved to Prague? Quite a move. Ever heard of a soft brink called brainburn? Herd it was a canadian collage standard.

What my devious plans will have to be put on hold then :(

Unless I catch of course. And do I have your permission to be 'evil' to you?

Where is this place where "sun" exists?

Must be a long way from Melton Mowbray:frown:

I heard rumours of this 'sun' making an appearance in Bristol today, but as I spend my day in front of a computer I missed its brief guest experience.

Er... back on topic?

ghost81
26-03-2005, 10:10
There's a topic here?

Damn I thought it was just random postings.

*Takes off and nukes the thread from orbit - its the only way to be sure*

clone number 3

This thread is like life.

You start with a decent enough topic, but then it tends to go a little astray and before you know it you haven't a clue:

1) Where you are
2) Where you're going
3) Where you came from

*shakes head*

Oh dear god, I'm getting cabin fever, where's that sun?!

:rolling:

Barking_Mad
26-03-2005, 21:57
Sun comes up every 48 mins in middle earth, it best seen from the banks of the celebrant.

Nothing wrong with hugging trees!

I doubt anyone has missed me, but I'm taking a ... forced break from the server for a while.

I hope nobody is hunting animals; Richie and Shiryu I expect a full report of recent events when I get back!

*hugs* Ami - and pet :dog:

*a big badger trundles along, chews a big hole in the bottom of Throm's backpack, and snaffles all his biscuits... then walks away contentedly crunching a stray pencil she found*

clone number 3
27-03-2005, 16:16
It's a well known fact that badgers account for nearly 6% of the pencil thefts in this country. I was actually for a ban on hunting with hounds until I heard that. Makes you think.....:dog:

Argon Balros

I'm taking a break from the server as well, but I plan to return when things have calmed down since I didn't like some of the things that happened recently. Not too big of a problem though, I will surely return sometime to say hello to some of the friends I made here. :)

Happy Easter everyone! Time to enjoy that sun everyone keeps talking about... oh there it is! ;)

clone number 3
27-03-2005, 19:46
Hey Argon,

With an election coming up, I think we should discuss these things.

The badgers are getting away with bloody murder and somebody should put a stop to it.

Lorien
27-03-2005, 19:59
No Politics!!

It causes far too many arguments and stuff - besides I have a big pointy stick to hit people with.

*Brandishes his big pointy stick in a meaningful manner*

Argon Balros
27-03-2005, 20:15
we need to set up an underground resistance to discuss badger politics without being caught by the authorities

!!!!VIVA LA RESISTANCE!!!!!

:)

thromnombulax
28-03-2005, 03:08
Well i'm in .. i have a beret :)

But do they have berets? :naughty:

Argon Balros
28-03-2005, 12:21

wyrmwrath

Im proud to now say I am at least partialy responsible for this thread spinning entirely off topic. I now feel complete.

:)

Argon Balros
28-03-2005, 21:13
i fail to see how this thread is in any way off topic :)

thromnombulax
29-03-2005, 13:30
(if we're now discussing "topics" we should include squirrels too, and other nut-munching types)

*rambles off singing "what has a hazlenut in every bite......."*

Argon Balros
29-03-2005, 17:12
(no gophers were only included as they could build tunnels for us)

ghost81
29-03-2005, 17:38
Viva la revoltuion!!

*smuggles badgers into safe areas using an underground network of well trained, and somewhat fantastic foxes*

wyrmwrath
29-03-2005, 18:54
Cmon, everyone knows the foxes are like sweaden and refuse to get involved....

Luthianna
29-03-2005, 23:39

thromnombulax

Aye,

Before you know it students the world over will be wearing beret wearing badger t-shirts.

Argon Balros
30-03-2005, 23:22
no the gophers don't actualy wear the safty helmets but as they have been issued them its there fault if they decide not to wear em and as such they can't sue me :)
