Server start/ binding sites

Just a quick question.

What determines the sites/ cities at the start-up portal ? Is it linked to the character level (eg a level 6 character can only start at Bree & Tharbad) or is there something specific we need to do at other cities to be "bound" there ?

Level based. This in in order to stop inexperienced character going to regions far too dangerous for them.

has the shire been added to the low level good starts? if not wil it?

Can lake town be added to the evil ones since they cant get to Erebor (and shouldnt) and Dol Guldur is pain of a run to lake town/Esgeroth. Might just be nicer for the evils doing the quest there and getting crafting goodies.

I believe so... Ive mentioned this to kev and it seems sound. I expect that the start area may be waymeet or maybe michel delving but thats if and whe it gets added.

Im still busy with the shire and Mithlond, adding quests, dialogue, NPCs and areas... It will be quite a large update when it goes in... its already over 2 dozen heavily detailed areas. :)
