Vandalism in Tharbad

I noticed on May 8th that one of the posts to which a character is supposed to attach one of the Innkeeper's handbills is no longer in its accustomed place outside city hall. It seemed that either vandals have torn it down, or construction of the merchant's booth nearby had knocked it down. The quest-bearing character looked around that part of town but could find no place for the handbill...no reward! Could someone tell me if I need to look elsewhere, or is it in the process of being replaced?

Must have been accidentaly removed. I dont beleive it can be destroyed by attacking it.

a careless merchant nay doubt knocked it over while removing his stall.... have you checked under the cart next to the smithy.. he may have hidden it there :)
