Jonalin would like, since the house layout has changed slightly, House 7. If that one is sold House 2. 20,000 is his starting offer. Also could house 7 have a chair outside, as it appears to be the only one without.

Sold. All properties in Tharbad now have new owners. If you want a house and don't have one, you'll have to haggle with one of the current house-owners or wait for the next batch.

Jesus, I have buy the house number one close to the execution area. I just hope that no blood spills at my windom when my parents are visiting me. hehehe.
Master Kev, I wanna hire a servant to keep my house clean and cook some food to my guests, it is possible ?
Not at this time, unfortunately.
All 8 houses are now sold. They have been recieved well by players, so we will be making more avaialble soon.
First, we want to make each one more unique and include extras for those who are merchants for example, such as a stall outside the house.
If you would like a NON INTERACTABLE PLACEABLE ITEM outside or inside your house, please detail them below. Also give your house number. Be sensible with requests please - no corpses or nasty stuff :P
Jonalin (House 7) would like if possible, firstly a stool / bench outside his house, along with a stall. Can he have sign as well, as was previously done for the market stall. It would be great if it could be an overhead sign.
As for inside, I was hoping for a good selection of bookshelves, a table and 6 chairs. Also if there are any other study like items. Plus if room a writing desk as on the first floor of Isengard. He will not need the cooking / kitchen part as he would either eat out, or get the maid to cook elsewhere. Is there any chance of a second 'secret' exit to the dock district perhaps?
Also is a guard dog available, as well?
And finally is the idea of a 'lock up' for placing valuables in going to be introduced or not?
This could prove interesting...
Oh and Guyror why not ask for a "summoning circle" effect eh? :)
House #3 - perhaps more flowers outside, possibly a garden? And on the indside... I'll send you a module to make it easy. If you don't agree, then I'm more than happy to leave the inside as is!
Why would a merchant have a summoning circle? I would have no idea.

Hmmmm... I don't want much really, maybe some chairs (5 or 6 are more than enough) and a nice table. Other than that, maybe something to let others know that is my home, like changing the sign outside that says 5 to "Wensbane Mansion" or something in those lines. Those would all be very useful.
(This is for house #5 owned by Richard Wensbane, thanks in advance.)
Jonalin is currently looking for a good cleaner. He will pay them well to get rid of the spider webs, that have suddenly appeared.
For some reason, he is not sure why :rolleyes:

I would like to order for the House number one, a couple of chests, one bookshelf, a round table with six chairs and a pool of drinkable water (praise Ulmo). Im also wish change my house sign (1) to something like (Property of Greywolves Company, owner Astanamir Rhudainor).
