Hello Wireplay Radio listeners and lurkers!

As some of you may already know, the Wireplay Counterstrike Source community is holding an 8 clan cup very soon.

It has been decided, in order to promote both the cup and WP Radio, that the draw for the first Cup fixtures will be held on a WP Radio show on Sunday 11th September!

We are looking for a WP Radio DJ who would be interested in running a show on that evening and holding the draw at some point in that shows timeslot.

I have the details of the draw and how it would go ahead - it is very simple. As the DJ, all you need to do is run your show as per usual with requests and whatever. At some pre-agreed point, the draw will take place.

Anyone interested, just pop a reply in here.

I would apply to do it...but erm.... Ive not been tested for my DJing ability plus, im going to be entering, so i cant draw as it will be biased :P

If you read this ssmmdd, as Wireplay's No. #1 DJ, it would be an honour to have you run this draw for us. [/charm]

Not only that, it would be good for WP Radio as a whole as it should generate more interest i.e. that all important currency ... listeners!!!

anyways, you have to do it .... I've already advertised that the draw will be live on Wireplay at a time to be fixed.... YOU CANT LET ME DOWN NOW!!!! lol

Now we just need to get as many listeners for this show as possible.

JJ, it may be wise to advertise news of this show to the CS community so the clans have an opportunity to listen in.

Liaise with ssmmdd so everything runs smoothly. Any questions, poke myself or LieutLaww :D

Oh thanks for that ssmmdd, really appreciate it. :x

I'm at work atm, so I cant go into a lot of detail.

However, all the clans know that we were looking at holding a live draw on WPRadio. Once we've fixed a time, I will make sure they will all be tuned in, and get as many listeners as possible.

Is there a limit on how many users can connect at a time?

Can we at least confirm the date at this stage ssmmdd? Are you happy with this Sunday evening? say 9pm? or 10?

Or .... what time of the week would be best for a peak audience?

I've been banging on about it being Sunday so it prob best to keep it that way.
