I would like to know how many times it takes for an ingame account creation

well once you've registered on the website you need to wait for the activation e-mail (normally delivered within the hour) then click the activation link, download the patch and your ready to play.

okay thx ive registered yesterday so i guess the link will arrive sometimes

well just incase it doesnt arrive there are a few things you can try:
1. check your junk e-mail folder, some e-mail providers like to drop our activation e-mail in there
2. try registering from a different e-mail address, some e-mail providers (aol is a bad one for it from what i hear) just totally block some e-mails from even getting through

The FTP it is hosted on has limited connection available. Try connecting at a later time

have you tried the alternative links as well? (the http:// and ftp:// ones)
but FiRe is right and you'll probably just have to wait im afraid.
