no lvl str :(

for some reason, on my new char, i have not been able to lvl str much at all. for example, i've gone from 0 to 20% Ljack and only got 7 lvls in str, and once from archery. since then, i've gone from 20-30% Ljack, 0-10% in mining, 0-21% in swords, and 0-8% in wrestling w/o a single gain in str. i'm extreamly puzzled by this. last time i tried to train one of my chars, i had at least 20 str gains by 30 Ljack. is there something i'm doing wrong?

Make sure you are using the skills correctly, and not aborting the skill in an attempt to gain faster. You're unlikely to get any gains from an incomplete skill attempt.

Yeah for some reason they decided to make str incedibly hard to gain now. I dunno why, they just deny it :dozey:.

actually there were some updates put in to make strength gain easier after all the players suddenly decided they didnt like strength anymore, but apparently that still isnt good enough for some people.

Oh and we players didn't suddenly decide to say str was to hard to gain, it was you staff who suddenly decided to make str harder. I will defend the player base if we are "attacked".

The update wasn't announced, to prevent an argument about whether or not there was any difference, seeing as it would make no improvement for people who were still using skills incorrectly.

you people MUST be joking.. there is no doubt in my mind that strength was made harder to gain.. i duno about a month and a hlaf ago... i remember getting str to 115 in a day.. now even the thought of it is laughable.. there WAS a change.. im SURE of it.. and so is each and every player on loth worth his weight in gold.

well.... than they are quite cheap actually.... assuming that 1k of coins make one stone and considering that each people weight what it carries, it makes fewer then 500k..... not that much here in this shard......

well, i'm pretty sure i've used the skills correctly, i mean, w/ swords on a training dummy, you kinda have to use the skill correctly or else you cant hit the dummy. w/ Ljack, i'd wait to see the message telling me i got some wood or failed to get wood, and the same thing w/ mining. *just for clarities sake* tho it does seem that the "new" update for str seems to make str damn near impossible to gain

on a side note, i did get a str gain about an hr after posting, so i guess i'll Ljack my wittle heart out

the only update made by the staff was AFTER the players started complaining about strength, so it is not at fault for whatever is seen to be wrong with strength.

Im glad all my chars have 115 str, ive seen loads of players battling their way to get str, it way hard to raise :O.

i realize there is no way for the staff to win, b/c making str hard or easy affects diff't players. cats will always want/demand longer naps and slower mice; and mice will always want more cheese and fewer cats
