It is that time of the year again, and plans are underway to make this another great Christmas on Lothlorien. :)
Christmas Dungeon.
First of all, the Christmas Dungeon will be opening on Sunday December 18th. All of our usual friends will be there waiting to enjoy your company :D
This year, the dungeon has changed slightly. It has been split up into different sections containing different groups of enemies (and one or more boss characters). Every day, the next section will be opened up, giving access to more of the dungeon, until the entire dungeon is accessible.
As always, boss tickets can be looted from the bosses which can be claimed at a prize stone at the dungeon entrance. This prize stone will not be available for you to use until all of the bosses are accessible.
The dungeon will be closing on January 31st. Any christmas boss tickets remaining after this time will be deleted.
Santa Claus is Coming!
Next, as our added Christmas bonus this year, Santa himself will be giving out presents to everyone!
There is however, a minor catch, and that is you must first locate Santa to receive your present. Beginning from the opening of the Christmas Dungeon, Santa will appear at random locations in the map every hour, and wait there for 10 minutes. During this time, anyone may receive their present from him by approaching him and saying 'present'.
This is not all though! Every time Santa appears at a location, he will have a question ready to ask those who come his way. Anybody who can answer his question will receive an additional present. The question will be randomly selected from a collection of 30 Lothlorien-related questions. You can receive an additional present for each question he asks (but you cannot receive more than one for answering the same question, even on a different occasion). The first ever player to answer a question will receive a special prize.
Santa will stop appearing once the Christmas Dungeon is fully accessible, as he takes the role of the final dungeon boss.
The Lothlorien Staff team wishes everyone an enjoyable Christmas this year. :santa:
