Can someone help me out ? I am trying to connect to Wireplay Lothlorien on UOGateway and all that but it won't let me because when I try to put my password in it freezes, does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

as far as i know, loth doesnt work with UO Gateway, your better off just downloading the files of the website, and making a backup copy of the files that it replaces. that what i did anyways.

Do you think I should un install uo gateway for it ? UO Gateway may be the problem..

Oh also do I have to download all the things off the main site? I downloaded all the big stuff for it.

well if you use UO Gateway to play on other shards, then keep it. If your planning on staying at loth for a while, you can uninstall it if you want. Just dont use the program to play on loth. as for the files. you only need to download the "Lothlorien Patch Installer" to play, all the pother files below that are just there to help make life a bit easier when it comes to playing UO.

no worries. if it still doesnt work hopefully a GM of some sort will come along and help. if not, you could always try on irc.

There shouldn't be any problems with using UOGateway to play on this shard. If you're able to play on other shards then I'd suggest that perhaps part of a patch from another shard has remained in your UO folder and is causing this problem - reinstalling (which you're already doing) may fix it.

If not, make sure that: You have registered an account on our website, and that your account has been activated by following the link in your e-mail.
You are entering your account name and password correctly. If you have entered the incorrectly you will need to restart the game to try again.
UOGateway has downloaded and installed the patch.
You haven't changed your UOGateway settings to remove/patch client encryption.
You are not running any other tools such as Razor which interfere with the client (using Razor is against our rules as it is).

If you still freeze, try waiting for the client to unfreeze, usually it will do so after several minutes and give you a reason for it failing to log in.

I did have razor but when I read the rules I got rid of it.. I think it might of been some patch from another shard that is causing the problem.. And also when it freezes it also closes..
