Manual Correction needed?

I read in the manual that Shadow Dancer class has been disabled, but any class can get the Hide_in_Plain_Sight skill if they meet all the prerequisites. It is my understanding that this is not the case, and that the Hide_in_plain_sight skill is not available to anyone. If that is the case it might be a good idea to update the manual or add a amendment.

As far as I know, HiPS requirements have been changed to something like Hide 30, Move Silently 30, DEX 25, or something along these lines, so that only epic characters can take it.

I believe that it is currently available - with the pre-requisites that int19h has mentioned - although there has been discussions about removing it totally - probably more likely now that invisibility is gone.

IMO, HiPS should have limited use per day like Barbarian rage, or smith good/evil, songs..
