As far as I know, there is no offical date yet.

2.0 is still in beta testing so...whenever they iron out any problems I suppose.

The team certainly seems to be putting a lot of former ideas in fan-created haks to good use.

The CEP team might decide to test their stuff on NWN version 1.67 (whenever that comes out of beta) before releasing 2.0. So it might be a while. Then again, what do I know ...
