Where the hell do you get level 3 and up treasure maps.
Did a bunch of 1 & 2 maps from MIB's this week. Way easy with a few summoned grizzley bears. Sort of looking for better loot, and a little harder challenge. What critters do I need to kill to pull level 3 maps? Level 4? I suppose insta death with level 5, so not real interested in those yet. :E

try on harder mosters :dozey:. BTW f.e:
liche - gives 3 lvl map
deamon, dragon or liche lord - 4 lvl
wyrm or balron - 5 lvl

Lich - easy enough to kill them all day long.
lich lord, and up, drags etc, guess I better hurry up and level my guy up. Level 2 Exp and fighting a dragon, thats death ready to happen. :megagun:
huh, where to I find a BFG to kill dragons?:E

hmm i heard some ppl were killing them using archery, if u r tamer u have no problem u send 1 dragon on other

Tamer, nah! some day. Got a guy traning archery thou. I think I'm at 30 :E
good news is, hes a pretty good mage to. Do dragons auto dispell all summons?
from the magery skill page:
Dragons, Wyrms, Balrons, and a few other high level monsters 'insta-dispel' most conjured creatures, including summoned creatures, blade spirits, and energy vortex.

well that will put a crimp in my style. I live killing stuff with 5 summoned grizley bears. Some day I'll find a way to kill dragons without being a tamer. level 50, bow of vanq, and tons of luck. HA like I'll ever get that good!
i find that buying a mare/maera, training it, then setting it loose on dragons works well :)

How freaking much do those cost? I keep seeing posts for buying/ selling 300K.
well I suppose I could fish , or do alchy like a MOFO till I got that much.

Last I remembered, 300k was nothing compared to the prices SOME people sell them for.
300k is the lower end of the price scale, there are some vendors selling maeras for up to 650k.
Personally i'd say the investment is a good one in the long term if you can afford it, mares/maeras can be a great help against tougher monsters (lorien becomes a much easier dungeon :P ) and so they allow you to fight creatures with better loot and so overtime they pay for themselves :)
