My New Years resolution is to do something exciting like an extreme sport. To be honest I have been putting it off because I ‘am kinda worried that I may lose a leg or something. I got re-inspired when I saw a double amputee on you tube climb Everest!

If he can do it with no legs then I don’t really have an excuse...right?

I'm not sure which extreme sport I'm gonna get into but snow boarding’s and mountain climbings pretty cool - does anyone know the best places to go to learn how to snow board?

Like myself he is a climber and a Kiwi {New Zealander} and lost his legs due to frostbite after being caught on Mt. Cook in bad Weather..I have never Ice Climbed , I am a sports climber but have allways wanted to give it a go...The Expedition he was on also Included a severe asthmatic from Denmark {Denmarks only pro climber} who attempted to summit WITHOUT bottled oxygen , who sadly had to turn back due to acute mountain sickness , and a guy who's left leg is pinned together with metal due to a Bike accident...I take it you are from Preston due to your name????I am in Liverpool and so is my club... http://www.awesomewalls.co.uk/
Hmmm snowboarding is not my thing as I am a skier {which is better in my opinion} but if you want to try it 1st there are some indoor domes u can go to...
