Yesterday, one of the DMs was forced to ban a player for cheating. The player had not visited the server previously and was discovered with ability scores in the hundreds.
We know that all our community members are good, honest players and we would like to ask you all to be vigilant for anything out of the ordinary. Things to lookout for:
- PCs never getting hit
- Wildly disproportionate hitpoints for a characters level
- Dead/missing NPCs who are supposed to be untouchable
- PCs scoring unusually high amounts of damage
- PCs consistently succeeding on otherwise impossible checks.
I'm not really expecting any re-occurances for the foreseeable future, but I would ask all our loyal and valued players to keep their eyes open for anything suspect and report to a DM immediately.
I'd also like to extend our apologies to any players who were inconvenienced by this disruption. We assure them that the matter was resolved promptly.
