Armour creating

Howdy ... I heard that before the update to 1.69 it was possible to have NPC's craft your armour successfully and for a reasonable price without fail into the way you wanted it.

I was just curious as to if this system will be returning? Only crafting my armour and repeatedly failing myself is beginning to drain on my already limited funds (Not to mention frustrating when you design a look you want, Then fail and have to try to redesign it all over again) :(

Also there was mention of a way to craft your own cloaks, Which I also can't seem to detect ... is that another busted script?

Yes, those two scripts are currently broken and are being worked upon. I can't give you an ETA, unfortunately, just as soon as possible. Apologies in the meantime

No need for apologies, This stuff happens (Especially with that new CEP *Grumbles a few profanities*) ... I just wanted comfirmation as to if something was been done, Or if I would have to find other methods is all =P Best of luck with it!

An elven craftsman can offer his services around some nice RP around Rivendell after two hours or so.

If your character can (or will) not enter the lovely valley of Imladris I would suggest seeking help of tall dark clad man around Tharbad. ;)

I used to have this problem also (crafting armor and failing) but i found a loophole

try changing a little at a time i.e. left & right biceps, but before you make the changes go to change belt or neck and move one way then back, i found that the cost droped to 0 and i could make the change without cost,

now I'm probably gonna get told off for exploiting the game, but in the interest's of RP getting the right costume for your char is very important for first impressions

Do these problems also appear since yesterday? I tried to fix the problem. Otherwise you always can ask a DM to port you to the appereance change room.

This problem has been around since the 1.69 update. As far as I know smith's have forgotten that they should do their jobs (adjusting) also. Last time I tried they took the gold and made very sloppy work (rolled dice normally with PC's skill)

Most recent occasion would be few seconds ago.

Mirdandil (the big brute at the halls of waiting) is still suffering from amnesia or very bad case of customer service...!
