Racism and alive

All right, theres two things i want to ask. First in one of the redqueen servers, there is a guy who called me the N word. Should i report him?? He said that i am a loser of reading the rules I got him on picture, his ID and everything, but i have no idea should i spare him or not. Plz do help me on the desicion (Wrong spelling)

Second, he called me the N word because i was the only survivor, i got a storage of rifle ammo with me from the armory and i am near the exit, everyone is trying to votekicking me because i can't die maybe because of the super explosive barrels and the gas, What should i do, kill myself, or continue fighting.
And yea i was camping and going out, but the zm just keeps spamming.

Note: Part 2, this has happened more then 2 times, in both times, i almost got votekicked.

You are allowed to stay there fighting forever if you are been seen to do something in order to win, and not just staying alive, camping in one spot and nothing more.

But, there were times when the match is at tables... those times, there are no rule to it, but it is usually "kind" to actually do something, though totally suicidal to put an end on the match.

At least, this is how i see it, i'm not an admin :)

The same could be said to ZM, at these scenarios i would rather vote a new round, than votekicking someone.
