Redqueen sound issues

Whenever I play on 24/7 redqueen, It always has to download the sounds over and over again, so I was wondering if someone can give me a separate download link (i.e. Rapidshare) for me to put it in manually, or if someone can tell me how to not download sounds if that's possible.

server 03 is set up so that all files only need to be downloaded once, i can't see why you would be having trouble with it but either way here's the link to the latest redqueen

It happens to me too, but i sorted it just typing "cl_downloadfilter none" at console.

With this, you are preventing to download anything, but if you move to another server and you don't have the enough files, you will have to put it on again by typing: "cl_downloadfilter all" (or at least "cl_downloadfilter nosounds" which prevents to download those repetitives wavs of multikill, monsterkill, etc...).
