Server Rules
No teamkilling, whatsoever.
No racism please. This includes racist names and slogans/sprays. Wireplay does not condone racism & you will be banned Permanantly.
No cheating or bug abuse. This includes using map exploits to gain an unfair advantage over the zombies.
No admin impersonation, or for that matter impersonating other players.
We ask you to please keep strong swearing to a minimum.
Overall - just act like a sensible rational person. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Admins
Admins will wear the [Admin]tag. if you have a problem on the server with a player you can use the ingame voting (press esc) to sort it out, or you can contact an admin by typing !admin (your problem) in the chat (press y).
e.g. !admin (an idiot is teamkilling)
Banning Procedure
Bans are automatically added and removed from our servers based on the information contained within our Bans Database (http://bans.wireplay.co.uk). Our Bans Database will tell you how long you're Banned for, how long until it expires (if it's not Permanent), what Admin Banned you & why.
If you have a query on your ban then please in the first instance contact the Admin that banned you using this forum. Ban removals can take upto an additional 30 minutes after expiry to be removed.
Additionally, please note that bans added to our Ban Database are global across our game servers. Therefore, if you receive a ban in Left 4 Dead you will also be banned from TFC, TF2, Zombie Master, CS:S, FL, etc. Any permanent ban received will also apply to Wireplay Competitions such as Leagues and Ladders.
For the Left 4 Dead series of games, vote-kicking a person will trigger an automatic ban on that person for 5 mins. Please dont abuse this feature - we are watching what goes on.
