ok something i noticed before i went to work on my home PC (firefox) and when i was at work and used that PC (internet explorer). The issue is text alignment within table cells. I noticed that the ie browser center aligns text, as well as the exp percent bar. looks nice like that imo, but firefox just ignores this and defaults all to the left top (just left for the bar). and although this is how ogame does it, in this particular template, it just looks ew. :D
i prefer the ie version of doing things, but i refuse to use it on my home pc.
this however may not be an issue as it's the first time i used ie for starwire, let alone at work, so maybe starwire was updated between being at home and going to work? i dunno, but if it's a bug, consider it reported :D
